Al-Ikhlash- Organization is a forum that contains people who work together to achieve a common goal. Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ikhlash Ciawilor Kuningan also formed an organization of the Pondok Modern Al-Ikhlash Student Organization (OPPMA) for its students as a means to educate and learn more about the meaning of organization.
Monday, February 13, 2023 M Al-Ikhlash Modern Islamic Boarding School Held an Inauguration Activity for the management of the Al-Ikhlash modern cottage student organization (OPPMA) which was held in a meeting which was attended directly by the Head of the Pondok Dr. H. M. Tata Taufik, M.Ag also all Asatidz and Ustadzat as well as all Santri of the Al-Ikhlash Modern Islamic Boarding School. Broken One Grows a Thousand is the right Term for Organizational Administrators, where there are old Administrators who have completed their tenure will be replaced by new administrators who will continue their work.
In this event, Mr. Chairman of Pondok said that this organization’s main purpose is to learn, to educate and to prepare students to be able to become leaders of world civilization. In this Association, the father of the cottage leader also explained that the purpose of the organization, one of which is to help students to develop better and improve themselves more in various ways, such as discipline, language, etc. And for the new administrators to always be able to carry out their duties and obligations sincerely and wholeheartedly.
“Educate with heart” is one of the messages of Mr. Pondok Leader for all new Organization (OPPMA) administrators, in this event he emphasized that educating students does not always have to be violent nor necessarily by coercion, he emphasized that by instilling Discipline in the soul of students, the rules of the cottage will run well without having to be violent. He also said that Success will be achieved by discipline.
